Making new habits stick is tough, and asking for help can be even harder—I know this firsthand. It’s easy to feel discouraged when you have to start over, but that’s exactly why I’m so passionate about RTT. I’ve seen it work, and nothing makes me happier than guiding someone away from old, unhelpful thinking and behaviors.
Exercise is the best antidepressant! Your physical well-being deeply impacts your mental health, and the reverse is also true. That’s why I’m not just a therapist—I’m also a Pilates and fitness instructor. I often encourage my therapy clients to get active, whether it’s a walk or a quick exercise snack, to boost their mood, hormones, and overall mental health.
I approach health holistically, integrating both mind and body. That’s why I offer fitness advice, Pilates classes, and training programs alongside therapy and coaching. I truly believe you can live a happy and thriving life, and I’m here to help you make that change.
